Unique Trade Show Concept
The HAC Trade Show is renowned for the quality and frequency of customer contact it affords exhibitors.
The convention draws almost exclusively operator management personnel - the signatories of purchase orders and/or checks. Not only are these decision makers not hidden by the crowd they are repeatedly made available to exhibitors since all social events are held within the Trade Show, among the booths, all meetings and seminars can only be reached by going through the Trade Show.
Social events, the costs of which are all included in the attendee registration fee, start with a cocktail on Sunday evening, in the Trade Show, among the booths. The next morning everyone is invited to an off the scale breakfast, in the Trade Show, among the booths. During the Trade Show, meetings and seminars can only be reached by going through the Trade Show.
Conversely the only way out of a meeting or seminar is through the Trade Show. Coffee breaks are served exclusively, in the Trade Show which, to be intentionally repetitive, is the only way out of and back into the meetings and seminars. Second afternoon closes off with a cocktail, in the Trade Show, among the booths.
On the final day there is another off the scale breakfast, a coffee break and a beer and sandwiches, all in the Trade Show, among the booths.
