NOW TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR STANDARD EXHIBITOR SPACE
Please note:
We were recently notified that some exhibitors have been approached by “pirating” housing companies offering rooms for HAC 2013 Vancouver. Do not be fooled by these companies implying affiliation to HAC, or state that Vancouver hotels are already sold out. Accommodation for HAC 2013 Vancouver’s host hotel, Pan Pacific Vancouver, is open through the HAC web site, www.h-a-c.com or you can go directly to the Pan Pacific HAC Reservations Site,
HAC has also secured additional desirable hotels within walking distance to the convention center should the host hotel, Pan Pacific not be able to accommodate your requirements. Please support your association by booking at the host hotels through HAC.
HAC WILL NOT be responsible for reservations made outside the HAC block through unofficial suppliers.
